How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing on all orders.

What do I do if I put the wrong address?
Please email us immediately if you entered any information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
ARAMA is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
How can I return my item?
We do not accept returns, all sales are final. Merchandise must be shipped within 7 calendar days of the delivery date to receive an exchange. Merchandise cannot be exchanged after 15 days of received date.
How can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order once an order is processed. Please email info@aramacollections.com for any concerns regarding your order.
How do I take care of my apparel?
Gentle hand wash in cold water is suggested. Delicate machine wash in cold water. Hang to dry.
